| Finally!! I feel like reading the bible is something I can actually accomplish and ENJOY thanks to this book. It is so great it breaks the bible down into easy sections and explains each section you are about to read so it is like short stories. It helps recap what you are about to read and divides it into daily sections to keep you on track so you can read the bible in a year. I am so glad I got this bible!! |

| I highly recommend this Bible. Having the events in chronological order, the Psalms at the time they were written, and Proverbs sorted by topics has been very helpful. Also, the devotional thoughts help with the understanding. |

| This is for those who are willing to read the bible within a year. It helps readers to read daily since it is designed to be finished in 1 year. Excellent for those who want to read the bible year long without having to read extra or less. There are devotionals each day which is a plus (pretty much considered your Quiet Time). Highly recommended for those who have not read the bible and want to finish it and for those who want to finish the bible every year. |

I've been a Christian for a long time. However, it wasn't until reading this chronological ordering of the Bible that I began to understand a lot of things. It is a truly wonderful tool for increasing your understanding. I plan on giving it as a gift to new Christians and to some of my friends. Reading the Bible in this fashion has excited me to the point that I cannot wait to get home from work and read some more! Like the best of novels, it leaves you wanting to know "what happens next." With a traditional Bible, you may have read "what happens next" in a prior book or you may not read it for several more books.
Further, I wanted an inexpensive Bible that I could sit on the table and read it while I ate breakfast and dinner. I did not want to be concerned about table accidents. This version fit the bill perfectly. |
