Shipping Rates...
Items may ship from multiple locations. Each shipping location has specific shipping charges and rates.
Most orders delivered in 1-2 weeks. Rural, remote and some other geographic areas may take up to 3 weeks. Heavy or bulky items such as (but not limited to) Candlelight Service Sets may attract higher shipping fees.
Additional Shipping Information (The Fine Print)...
Orders placed by 3pm EST Monday thru Friday and shipped via Fedex generally ship the same day provided the shipping address is the same as the credit card billing
address. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Also, if a holiday is on a Saturday or a
Sunday, Fedex and UPS will have that next Monday off as a holiday and no shipments will be sent out until that next Tuesday so please plan accordingly.
Standard shipping may ship via a number of carriers including but not limited to the US Postal Service, Fedex Ground, Fedex Smartpost. The carrier will be selected based on your orders weight and final destination.
International Shipping...
Our international shipping rates are estimates based on average shipments. Shipments of heavy items, or shipments to some remote locations may attract a delivery surcharge. You will be notified ahead of shipment if a delivery surcharge applies. Any applicable surcharges will bring the cost of shipping up from the estimated amount, to the Actual amount charged by the carrier of choice.
Shipments to international locations using the Postal Service do not include tracking, and are not eligible for reshipment if lost in transit. For tracking and for guaranteed delivery use UPS or Fedex only. Customer assumes all responsibility for lost shipments when sent via the Postal Service.
Delivery times for international shipments using the Postal Service are typically 6 to 8 weeks, although some destinations may take up to 12 weeks. We do not guarantee the timeliness of shipments via the Post, and we are unable to track such packages. If you need a package by a specific date, use Fedex or UPS.
Shipping from other venues...
A small percentage of our orders will ship from other venues. In those instances, shipping rates will vary depending on the location chosen. To get an accurate cost for shipping, simply add the item into your shopping cart, enter your address and the system will give you an accurate shipping cost. You can then proceed to checkout and lock in your shipping rate should you wish.
