| Bought this Bible for my 8 yr. old son because it is geared for the young reader and made difficult words simple. We have enjoyed it. The recommedations I read helped. We bought the hardback. |

| I got this for my 5 year old, and while he's still working on reading, he loves listening to the stories and looking at the pages and the little pictures and boxes make him ask questions. |

| This is such an easy, first bible for young readers. There's nothing quite like the joy of owning your first bible. Easy to read, colorful--exactly what young readers need when they're that age. I bought this for my son when he was first starting out and he wore it out. If I want to buy a bible as a gift for a young niece/nephew, this is what I've bought. |
